With IT at the core of everything we do, Iain is responsible for the operational management of IT Services, as well as developing technology systems to support the business.

Carolanne joined the team to support Tina and SMT, as well as playing a major role as Charity Secretary, liaising with Company Directors and members, and keeping on top of all Membership and Governance responsibilities.

Charly joins the ESB Writing Team from a background in resource development and ESOL teaching. Her role will be to produce assessment materials for ESOL Skills for Life qualifications.
